Yet another glorious day, virtually cloudless, progress was slightly hampered by the strengthening headwind, I am not complaining about the weather but all the way to John O'Groats we had a Northerly wind and now its changed to Southerly and looks like staying that way, the winds, however, have been generally light though.
We started at about 9:00am, Mark made an early breakaway from the peloton, coffee break was at the Crask Inn to observe the antics of the eccentric sheep farmer who runs it.
There were 4 major long climbs but nothing really steep.
All riders have completed the stage.
