The wind although not favourable has dropped right down.
No measurable rain but there were a few very light scuds, it was generally overcast all day.
Temperatures started higher than on other days but with little or no sun it did not get very warm.
There were 7 climbs mainly in the early stages but a much easier day than yesterday.
Mark was first back followed by Eric and Ken - Robin and Trevor came in close behind.
At last I have managed to purchase a new camera, I googled the model I wanted and located one in stock in Leigh, which was on our route.
The battery needed charging so I will not be able to use it until tonight.
There are some odd people in Manchester, I saw a guy running backwards down a steep hill and another taking a ferret for a walk on a lead in the middle of a town, I didn't think I had reached the hallucinating stage yet but I'm beginning to wonder!
