Another perfect cycling day, sunny all day, not too hot, gentle tail wind with good visibility.
4 of us rode away at the start, stopping at a Co-op for supplements, enjoying a gentle climb then a down-hill section followed by a relatively flat ride to Malpas for lunch 42 mls.
We had a good lunch at the Old Fire Station, when the waitress brought my meal and announced what she was carrying, Geoff said "You can always tell when it is Rob's meal because nobody answers!".
After lunch the group went site seeing around the local church.
I decided to press on by myself and enjoyed a leisurly scenic ride over undulating terrain.
I arrived back in time to give my bike a good clean and catch up with my washing.
We are all staying at the Holly Bush Inn, which is just outside of Little Leigh.
