We all made an early start as rain was forcast later in the day.
A strong tail wind made a short stage much shorter.
There was one major climb up over the Quantocks and many shorter steep climbs.
It has been a pleasure to ride on dry roads for 3 days in a row.
The 3 most difficult days have been completed but now we will be riding longer stages.
5 of us arrived in Bridgwater at 2:00pm, knowing that our accomodation would not be open, so we enjoyed a late pub lunch.
At 4.00pm my accomodation was still not open so I will be sharing with Andy at a different hotel, I hope for his sake I don't snore.
All riders completed the stage before the arrival of rain.
